My name is Lisa Mininni. If you’ve never heard of me I’m known by many entrepreneurs as a Business/Change Expert.  I’ve earned my national reputation thanks to a best-selling book, Me, Myself, and Why? The Secrets to Navigating Change, and Creator of The Entrepreneurial Edge System^TM, the only national curriculum helping entrepreneurs take a systems approach to profitability.

Additionally, I have a radio show where I interview thought leaders and millionaires who share their ideas and solutions.   In the 8 years of owning my own business, I’ve been approached by and have worked with dozens of clients ranging from millionaires to small business owners and solopreneurs.

You see, it wasn’t always like this.  In my early years in getting started in business, it was feast or famine.  Why?  Because as a Corporate Executive, I adopted a corporate mindset.   While I had a very successful career in corporate navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, it was an entirely different mindset.  As an entrepreneur, I was working with outdated marketing, business models and didn’t have the systems that brought in more clients consistently.  In fact, I didn’t even know some of these systems existed.

I networked, grew my business, but always found myself  working a new project or with a new client, marketing for more clients, working the project, then marketing for more clients.  It was a never ending cycle and no matter how much I worked, there were only so many hours in the day.  I had a business model that traded my hours for dollars.  I didn’t know what I didn’t know:  It’s an outdated business model.

Worse yet, I didn’t have a business model that had passive and leveraged income.  While there was a sudden flux of new income, then it was back to finding that new project and generating more income.    So I made a commitment to learn all that I could about creating a business that worked for me, not me for it.

Having a process improvement and systems background, I learned all about various systems.   It changed my business and my life.

Every time I implemented a new system, I saw a spike in business, then it started to come more regularly and then it became easier and easier to bring it to new levels.  Why?  Because I built systems that consistently brought in more clients, more income, and, just as importantly, these systems helped me sell more without being sales-y and I’m going to share them with you.
